Dear Family and Friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beautiful baby girl. She graced our lives with her presence for too short a time, but she was surrounded by love until the very end. Though she may have gone to heaven on May 15, she will forever remain in our hearts, cherished and remembered. Thank you all for your love and support during this difficult time.
